Building Better Health’s success derives from three particular strengths:
Sylvie Pierce is Chief Executive of Building Better Health Ltd, and a Director of each of the Building Better Health joint venture LIFT Companies. She has been Managing Director of Capital and Provident Regeneration since 2000, producing mixed use property schemes in the inner city, working closely with local communities, in partnership with the public sector and using excellence in design.
Alasdair Liddell is the Health Advisor to Building Better Health. Alasdair was Director of Planning for the NHS at the Department of Health from 1994 to 2000, and following some 23 years managing hospitals and health authorities in London and East Anglia. He was a member of the top Management Board of the NHS for 12 years, from 1988.
Eugene Prinsloo, as Fulcrum’s Commercial Director, has been involved as a director in the Building Better Health LIFT companies, as well as St Helens, Bristol and Oxford since joining the group five years ago. He brings a detailed understanding of LIFT, as well as wider experience gained from six years in Ernst & Young’s Real Estate Group. His focus is risk management, the control of the legal and financial modelling processes, as well as maintaining our relationships with a number of funders in this market. He is a chartered accountant and has a MSc in Real Estate Investment.
David Bowler is CEO of Fulcrum Infrastructure Managment.
Nichola Theron is General Manager of South West Health Partnerships.
Wayne Walbrook is Operations Manager of Building Better Health.
